About Me
Barne, my grandfather was the first to teach me the ins and outs of using a camera. At the start I found joy in freezing the many frames of life. We'd embark on day trips out to various lakes, parks and rivers and on longer road trips up North. We stayed on cattle stations near Mt Magnet and captured the deafening flocks of skittish red tail black cockatoos.
I moved into capturing motion in video when I bought my first GoPro and made some surf films in Gracetown, Western Australia. From there I studied film in school and Uni continuing to develop my style.
I was fortunate enough to have these experiences and to build an appreciation for the outdoors and all the critters that occupy the land. Living in today's society of screens, phones, attention spans or lack thereof, I want to remind everyone of the beauty in the world that is one step, one glance, one moment away. I want to share what I see in these moments and to bring into people's lives a reminder of the chaos, the wonder and the complexity of the world out there.
For over 5 years I've developed my skills in marketing and content production, from Channel Nine to tourism companies and upcoming brands and businesses. My skills lie in marketing and publicity, behind the camera and post production.
